Are pets allowed?+
Selected ground-floor suites and our Garden Villas welcome pets on request, with a one-time cleaning fee applied to your stay. Dogs receive a complimentary welcome amenity (bed, bowls, treats), twice-daily walking service, and grooming on request. Cats may travel in carriers, though our suites lack litter facilities — please advise us beforehand.
What is the minimum age?+
Our property admits adult guests aged 18 and over only, consistent with our gaming licence and the character of the resort. Valid government-issued photo identification may be requested upon arrival. Children are warmly received at our sister property in the same bay — the concierge will gladly arrange bookings and transfers between the two estates.
Do you accommodate private events?+
Yes. Our two ballrooms, eight private dining rooms, beach pavilion, and rotunda are available for private hire, accommodating from eight to four hundred guests. Weddings and milestone celebrations are a particular delight; our events director will prepare a proposal within forty-eight hours of an initial enquiry.
What are the casino hours?+
Our main gaming floor runs from 14:00 to 04:00 daily. Private salons for high-stakes play may open earlier or remain open later by arrangement with your host — overnight private play is common on weekends. Membership cards are not required for table play; chips can be purchased and cashed at the cage during all open hours.
